PRESERVE FACTORY

It began in 2005, with the idea of taking advantage of raw materials, adding value to all the fresh food produced in the field, thus supplying the population of the area and the region with new sources of work.

Through a manufacturing process, we produce bell pepper and crushed tomato preserves, which appear for market sale in tinplate containers with our own brand, and also with white brands.

In 2018 we changed our mechanical plant by an automated one. This new factory has higher technology and capacity, reaching 50.000 kg of raw material processing per day.

LEGUMES PRESSING FACTORY

We count with the latest technology machinery, which is American at its most.
The processing itself consists of the goods ‘unloading, passing then to a pre cleaning area, going through a calibration sector and finally arriving at the vibration and polishing tract. After this, there is the electronic stage, where the machines work by color, so the goods go through the polishing area again until they achieve their best-finished version.
The packaging is executed according to our customer’s requests. It can be in bags of 25 Kg., 50 Kg. or Big Bag of 1.000 Kg.
Current markets are: Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Turkey, Algeria and Central America.

FRESH VEGETABLES PACKING PLANT

The Company has machinery that selects the product by weigh and color, and a pepper brush where the selection is done by hand.

Corn is treated manually. In this process intervenes a machine called hydrocooler, which lowers the temperature with which the corn comes from the field.

Once the goods are processed, they are cooled in chambers and then loaded for commercialization.
